The College works closely with the local community to identify ways to help build social opportunity, for example helping the Asian fashion sector to find new ways to develop market share, securing local employment and developing recruitment strategies with the NHS and learning support for those who want to be part of the care industries and need to develop their skills.
The College is highly regarded as a leader in identifying skills gaps within industry sectors and has achieved CoVE status in four sectors as recognition of its work in this area.
