What is involved?

This course is designed as a basic insight into Plumbing and is mainly practical. It will give you the basic hand skills necessary to carry out small plumbing tasks. No previous experience is required.

Areas of the course covered include:

  • Basic plumbing science
  • Drilling and fixing of plumbing components
  • Measurement and marking out of plumbing materials
  • Installation of plastic rainwater systems
  • Maintenance of plumbing systems
  • Understanding plumbing systems


What will my career options be?

You could progress on to a Level 2 course that may start February

What is the cost?
