Fees & funding
The fact that NUC is neither huge or far away (for the majority of students who study locally with us) means that cost effective course fees are available for all.
Newham College University Centre offers competitive prices at costs much lower than the national average. We make our degrees affordable to those with academic ability, not just those with the ability to pay.
See individual course pages for fees and further information.
Ways to pay your fees
- Self-funding: Students can choose between a single payment or set up a recurring card payment in order to spread the cost over the academic year.
- Student Loan funding: Student Finance England offers grants and loans to cover tuition and living costs. More information can be found at https://www.gov.uk/student-finance
- Disabled Student Allowance (DSA): Disabled students can apply for DSA, which provides some extra financial help with studies and living costs. You may be eligible to apply for DSA if you have a disability, ongoing health condition, mental health condition or learning disability. We advice our students to apply early, even before they have been offered a place to study, as the process can take a long time to complete, in some cases up to four months. If you wish to apply, please visit https://www.gov.uk/student-finance and search for DSA. Further help with your application can be provided by our disability support co-ordinator, who can be contacted by telephone on 020 8257 4605.
