When I leave college I want to be...

How can I pay?

1. A Student Loan from Student Finance England

Home Students studying a first degree can apply to Student Finance England for a tuition fee loan to cover the cost of the course, and maintenance loans to help with other costs. For further information and to apply online, please visit student finance england. Note that students starting in February 2016 and continuing students can also apply for maintenance grants

There is a Student Finance Calculator on the site which provides an estimate of what you could be entitled to. The more information you put in, the more accurate the calculation will be. For information on your course or application, please contact our Admissions team on 020 8257 4446 or email

For advice on finance please contact Student Finance England on their Student and Sponsor helpline 0845 300 5090.

Please do not wait until you have been offered a place to apply for finance.
For those students who already hold a first degree, you may wish to explore the option of a career development loan, or employer sponsorship.

2. Pay in full at the start of your course

You can pay your full course fee at the start of the year and doing this means you don’t have to worry about it again.

3. Pay in 1 Deposit and 4 equal instalments

You can choose to pay your course fee in 1 Deposit and 4 equal instalments. The instalment payment plan is designed to allow students and families to take control of their finances.

4. Pay as you go scheme

If you can’t pay for your fee in full at the start or pay in 5 instalments, our Easy Pay Scheme allows you to pay smaller amounts on a more frequent basis. If you’re aged 19 or over you’ll be given an Easy Pay card when you register so that you can pay for your course as you attend weekly!

  • Make smaller, frequent payments at any retailer displaying the PayPoint Symbol. (Also displayed on the card).
  • Payments made will be allocated to your student number, reducing your outstanding fees every time you make a payment.

When you sign up to join a College course and agree to pay by instalments, you are agreeing to pay the fees for the course and we undertake to provide you with the programme of learning. You will still have to pay your tuition fee in full if you leave the course before it ends.

5. Online store
