Newham College has a long and proven track record of successfully organising work experience opportunities & internships for students in industry sector areas ranging from Office professionals to Engineering.  It is one of the best ways for us to stay in tune with what businesses need and to build up expertise that can influence the way learning is delivered in the college. We expect our students to work productively in your company with supervision.  But when you take someone on work experience you get far more than an extra pair of hands. You have a chance to spot potential candidates for future vacancies. You get a valuable opportunity to let one of your current staff develop supervisory skills.  

We have a dedicated Work experience & employer engagement team who are there to work with you in setting up work experience placements, assist in devising training schedules for the work experience period, provide you with information relating students and courses. Our staff will help you choose a work experience candidate as carefully as if it was a permanent post.
