Choosing You Course

Choosing a course may seem like a daunting task however with the right level of advice & guidance it shouldn’t be a problem. You can contact the Course Consultancy Helpline at Newham College on 0208 257 4446 where you can find out which course is most suitable for you or alternatively you can email us at ExternalEnquiries@newham.ac.uk

It is recommended for you to attend one of our open days which will give you an opportunity to directly speak to the teachers and students about the courses that are available and most importantly give you a chance to check out the facilities. The Open days are on Saturday 19th November 2011 and the 16th June 2012.

Fill up an Application Form

You can get an application form directly from your school’s careers office or request one from the college by contacting us. Make sure you take your time to complete the form and include all the information that we have requested.

It is recommended that you apply as soon as possible; so we can give you the necessary information about your course and enrolment process.

Please note: all pupils applying for places from Newham Borough schools will be given an interview. If you are invited for an interview you will have the opportunity to discuss the courses you hope to study by getting the right advice and guidance, so you will be confident that you are making the right choice in your chosen career path. We will be interested in how you see your future and why you would like to attend the College. You will also be able to ask us any questions about financial assistance or support that may be available to you as a student attending Newham College.

Enrolment

If you are successful in your application, you will need to enrol formally at Newham College which takes place in August 2012.You will be notified of these details later. Offers of places on all courses are made subject to availability.
