Tuition Fees

All fees charges and accounts will be payable in advance as determined by Newham College. Payment of tuition fee will be subject to any increase in tuition fees, which may be announced before the commencement of the course.

Newham College reserves the right to vary its fees at any time.

Payment of Tuition Fees

Full payment of the fee is due when your place is accepted. Please pay in sterling by:

International bank draft payable to Newham College of Further Education
Bank-to-bank transfer
Cash
Personal cheque
Credit or debit card

There are no additional fees payable to the College for the courses available to overseas students. However, students are expected to buy their own books and materials. Students who enrol on a two-year course will pay the same tuition fee for first and second year. Students who repeat a year will be required to pay the current fee. The fee payment for the second year of a programme must be paid before the start of that year. Failure to do so may result in the loss of the place or delay the issue of the student visa.

Refunds Policy for Overseas Students
If you accept the offer letter by payment of the deposit it means a biding contract is created between you and Newham College.
If you have to withdraw because you have been refused a visa to enter the UK, your tuition fees will be refunded less a £100 administration to cover College expenses. The refund will only be processed once evidence has been provided that the visa has been refused or cancelled. Tuition fees will only be transferred to other educational institutions if documentary evidence is provided that you are attending a full-time course elsewhere. An administration fee will be charge to cover administration costs. If you withdraw for any other reason before the start of the course you must notify the College in writing of the reasons for your withdrawal. Each case will be dealt with on an individual basis. The College reserves the right to refuse a refund except in the circumstances listed above. Refund payments will only be made to the original payee.
