IT Helpdesk and Technical Support Apprenticeship

Organisation which specialises in providing Network Services, Cloud Services, IT Support and Disaster recovery in London and the surrounding areas.

About this role

You will train, maintain and develop your IT skills for the company’s clients and users with particular regard to the following areas and requirements:

  • Windows 2016/2019 Server environment. Knowledge of Windows Active Directory.
  • Log all support calls on the Helpdesk system and keep current and updated information for each call in order for other support users to access when required..

Training provided

  • IT Solutions Technician Level 3
  • Functional Skills English or Maths if required

Entry requirements

  • English and Maths GCSE qualification or equivalent 
  • Interest in setting up computers through education or personal experience

Progression

Potential full time position after successful completion of apprenticeship
