The course aims to equip you with the skills to bake and finish a range of bread and dough items through our hands-on programme.

What is involved?

In this session you will learn to make quick breads and yeasted breads such as:

  • Cinnamon buns
  • Doughnuts
  • Granary cob
  • Wholemeal loaf
  • Flat bread
  • Focaccia
  • Pizza
