This programme is a good introduction to a career in hospitality and catering. Students will find out about the kinds of jobs involved in the industry, develop practical skills and investigate the materials, ingredients and equipment used in the industry. Units include basic food preparation and cooking, food service and customer care.

All equipment, materials and ingredients are provided, but you will need to buy a knife set and protective clothing.
