If you have a passion for cooking and a desire to be a chef but are uncertain, then this is the course for you. You will gain a high standard of cookery skills, helping you to develop the knowledge and practical skills you need for a career in the sector.

A general interest in working in the hospitality and catering industry, with a view of progressing onto a full Level 1 diploma.

Progression

After successfully completing this award, you will be able to progress onto a full Level 1 diploma in hospitality and catering.
