Pathways to Employment

Currently out of employment? Working closely with local and national employers, we have developed a series of sector-specific and employability programmes, tailored to your individual needs, to help you get on in whatever industry you’re interested in.

These short courses typically last up to 8 weeks and are free, depending on your circumstances and whether you meet the eligibility criteria. Training is delivered in a number of different ways, including in a traditional learning setting at one of our campuses or through online learning.

On successful completion, you’ll have the tools to help you improve your chances of finding employment and the key skills you need to thrive in any working environment.
