Help With Fees
Whatever your age, the College has a range of options to support you with the financial costs of study.
Your Complete Guide to Financial Assistance
Depending on your circumstances, we offer bursaries and financial assistance for young students to help them as they continue full-time education. This is intended to contribute to the cost of books and other resources that are needed in order to be successful at college.
We also offer free breakfast, free lunch and discounted travel to all 16-18-year-olds who study at our college.
Please contact our admissions team on 0208 257 4446 to find out if you are eligible for financial assistance.
Financial help may be available for applicants aged 24 and over who enrol to study at Level 3 or Level 4. Advanced
Learning Loans have been created to help you pay for the tuition fees that many students must pay at colleges and
training organisations all over the country.
It’s easy to apply; your household income isn’t taken into account and there are no credit checks or upfront payments. You won’t even have to pay anything back until your income is over £21,000 a year! If you have successfully applied for an Advanced Learner Loan then you may also be eligible for further financial support through the Advanced Learning Loan Bursary.
To find out if you are able to apply for support speak to a member of staff from student services at the One Stop Shop.
The Care to Learn scheme can help with childcare costs while you study. You must be aged under 20 at the start of your course. Speak to a member of staff from student services at the One Stop Shop to find out if you are eligible for support, or contact the Student Bursary Support Service if you need advice or help.
If you are a full-time student in Higher Education, you can apply for a Maintenance Loan.
The Maintenance Loan is available to help with your living costs, such as rent, food, books, travel and other expenses,
while you’re studying.
The amount you can get depends on where you live, where you study and your household income.
