Newham College partnered with the Department for Education (DfE) on Monday 26th March, to deliver an exclusive event about apprenticeship reforms and the introduction of the levy one year on. There was also a focus on T Levels, the latest vocational qualifications to be developed in response to skills shortages and industrial requirements.
From the 5th – 9th March, it’s National Apprenticeship Week!
From April 2018, the Department of Education plan to allow levy-paying employers to transfer up to 10% of their levy funds to other employers using the apprenticeship service.
All universities will have to submit an Individualised Learner Record (ILR) to access levy funding.
