LGBT Breakfast with Stonewall
The Newham College LGBT Committee have organised a breakfast event with special guests including Head of Stonewall, Ruth Hunt and local Newham Councillor, Rachel Tripp set to take place on 19th May 2017.
A full breakfast will be available as well as an opportunity to meet some of the most influential UK pioneers in diversity.
Olivia Besly said:
“The breakfast is a great chance for people to come and find out more about the fantastic work that the LGBT Committee does and to become a member of the Committee or to become a Straight Ally.”
Newham College is seen as a top performing LGBT employer and was recently ranked in the Stonewall Top 100 index for equality and diversity. This achievement was largely down to the hard work of the members of the LGBT Committee who champion equality in the College and wider community.
