Revive your business with Apprenticeships

Invigorate your business with highly skilled apprentices from Newham College, a leading provider of apprenticeships

With the government announcing additional incentive payments to employers who hire new apprentices, now is the time to find out how Newham College can help you rejuvenate, restart or revive your business after the COVID-19 lockdown.

From 1 August 2020 to 31 January 2021, the government will pay employers in England £2,000 for each new apprentice they hire aged under 25, and £1,500 for each new apprentice they hire aged 25 and over. These payments are in addition to the existing £1,000 payment the government already provides for new 16-18 year-old apprentices and those aged under 25 with an Education, Health and Care Plan (where applicable).

Newham College can help you recruit new apprentices by creating job descriptions to link your training needs to the programmes that we have on offer. We provide free recruitment services from pre-screening to initial assessment so that you only interview those candidates who match your requirements. As a leading provider of apprenticeships, we work with businesses to help them develop highly skilled employees and the leaders of tomorrow.

Apprentices will be the key to restarting the economy and shaping your business for the future. With the additional incentive payments available for a limited period, there has never been a better time to employ an apprentice, so contact us today to find out more about how we can help you to recruit, train and support your most valuable asset - your staff.
